Skysight Simply Bigger Trees at Skyrim Nexus Mods and Community
Skysight is much simpler, it roughly doubles the size if every tree. The other selectively changes individual trees all over. They both have a roughly equal performance impact. I prefer Skysight myself, simply (no pun intended) because the size of the trees fits the scale of the landscape better.

I've installed one of them before but it had clipping issues, I don't remember which one that was. Which one would you install? I might throw in the Immersive Fallen Trees mod too.. mixed feelings about.

PC SSE - Mod I'm currently using "Simply Bigger Trees" with "HD Barks" and it looks quite good but since I'm using ENB with extra shadows and ambient occlusion it causes sudden GPU temperature spikes and I don't like that at all. The game runs around 55-60 degrees in most places but occasionally jumps to 70-75 degrees.

The demon Ipos has legal claim to every other member's collective souls. Skysight does work with Flora Overhaul. Meshes will only replace the vanilla trees FO edits, so your choice. Not sure about Lush Trees and Grass, but you should be fine if you just avoid installing the Lush Trees addon.

DESCRIPTION I wanted to make trees in Skyrim bigger in the simplest, most compatible way possible. This mod makes all of the trees in Skyrim around 1.5x-2.0x larger, by scaling up all of the vanilla tree meshes. This is accomplished with absolutely zero cell edits, and no ESPs/ESMs, for maximum compatibility with other mods.

It even fixed the misplaced moss on the trees in the Reach which normally you need a separate patch for (not sure if it's because those particular trees got reverted to the original size, but the SBT version wasn't much bigger for those anyway). The collision for all trees is fine too.
